Hello all and welcome to anjaliyoga.ca. It is such a pleasure to be able to share my love of yoga and the power of self-care with you. Yoga has been a part of my life for over a decade as a way to stay healthy and treat a variety of ailments both mentally and physically. During the summer of 2016 I decided to join a hatha yoga teacher training here in my home town of Ottawa. It was an amazing experience that taught me about yoga philosophy, ayurveda, asana, and so much more. In the end it truly took my personal practice to a higher level and opened my world to the possibility of doing something I really love, sharing and teaching yoga! With a recent certification in restorative yoga, I am so pleased to be able to share with you some really great information that I hope inspires people to carve out some time to slow it down and go within.
